Address Book

The tenant Address Book holds organisation-wide email contacts available to all users when sending pictures. Personal contacts are managed separately from the account menu (My Contacts).

What you can do

  • Add contacts with name and email address
  • Edit or delete shared contacts
  • Search the list when maintaining large address books

How users see contacts

When sending pictures via email, users can pick from:

  1. Tenant Address Book contacts (managed here)
  2. Personal contacts (each user's account menu)

Common workflow

  1. Click Add contact and enter display name + email
  2. Save — the contact appears for all users in the Send dialog address pickers
  3. Remove obsolete addresses when distribution lists change

Tips

  • Use the Address Book for standard recipients (customers, surveyors, internal distribution lists)
  • Keep personal one-off addresses in My Contacts instead
  • Remove addresses when recipients leave the organisation
