Devices
Manage mobile devices registered to your tenant. Field staff use the ConPDS Checker mobile app to capture inspection photos; devices must be approved before they can upload.
What you can do
- Review pending registration requests — the Admin button shows a badge when approvals are waiting
- Approve or reject new devices
- Edit device labels and linked user assignments
- Disable or delete devices that are lost or decommissioned
Registration workflow
- A user installs the ConPDS Checker mobile app and enters the Customer PIN
- The device appears in Devices as a pending request
- A tenant administrator approves the device
- The device can upload pictures linked to your tenant

Tips
- Use descriptive device names (handset model + user name) for easier audit review
- Remove devices when phones are replaced — users register again with the same PIN flow
- Check the Audit log for device-related changes
