Searching and Filters

The Gallery provides powerful search and filtering capabilities to help you find the inspection cases you need.

The primary search field at the top of the Gallery filters by container code:

  • Enter up to 11 characters in ISO 6346 format (4 letters + 7 digits, e.g. DRYU9646139)
  • Search runs automatically after you enter 3 or more characters
  • Guest users must enter the full 11-character container code
  • Use multi-container mode (advanced) to paste several container codes at once

Tip: Container codes follow the ISO 6346 standard. The system validates format and check digit where applicable.

Simple Filters​

Simple filters appear below the container search and provide quick refinement:

  • Terminal — Select one or more terminals (shows "N selected" when multiple are chosen)
  • Case date chips — When results span multiple case dates, quick chips let you narrow to one date

Simple mode hides advanced-only fields. Switch to Advanced for more options.

Advanced Filters​

Open Advanced to access additional filters:

  • Case date range — From / to dates for inspection case dates
  • Picture source — Web, mobile, or other upload sources
  • Creator — Filter by the user who uploaded pictures
  • Tags — Filter by assigned tags
  • Notes — Search within case notes
  • License plate — Filter by vehicle plate
  • Remark — Filter by picture remark text
  • Has geo tag — Show only pictures with GPS metadata
  • Map area — Draw a bounding box on the map to filter by geographic location
  • Misplaced pictures — Find pictures that may belong in a different case

Filter Combinations​

You can combine multiple filters to create complex queries. All active filters work together (AND logic).

Use Search to apply filter changes, Reload to refresh results, and Clear to reset filters.

Note: Some filters may require specific permissions. Guest share-link viewers have a reduced filter set.
