Case Card Icons Reference

This page documents all Material Icons used in the case card interface, matching exactly what users see in the tenant UI.

Note: All icons use the self-hosted Material Icons font family (@fontsource/material-icons). Icon sizes are controlled via font-size CSS property (typically 14px for table/filter icons, 16px for small buttons, and 18px for action buttons).

Header Bar Icons​

Selection Checkbox​

Icon: check (when checked)

Usage: Select/deselect all pictures in the case

Material Icon Name: check

Tags​

Add Tag Button: add

Remove Tag: close (on tag chips)

License Plate​

Icon: directions_car

Usage: License plate field indicator

Comment​

Icon: comment

Usage: Comment/remark field indicator

Post Status​

Icon: hourglass_bottom

Usage: Post-repair status indicator (marks all pictures in case for post-repair workflow)

Unhide All​

Icon: visibility (unhide button)

Icon: sync (unhiding in progress - animated)

Usage: Unhide all hidden pictures in the case

Icon: link

Usage: Share links indicator button (appears when case has share links)

Mobile App Case Badge​

Icon: smartphone (Separate cases view — appears with a +N when sibling mobile app cases exist the same day)

Icon: merge_type (Grouped by date view — "N cases merged" badge on the combined card)

Usage: Indicates a case card came from the mobile app (mobile_case_id); see Mobile App Cases

Case Menu​

Icon: expand_more

Usage: More actions menu button (opens dropdown with additional actions)

Case Menu Actions​

Upload Pictures​

Icon: upload

Usage: Upload more pictures to this case

Share Case​

Icon: link

Usage: Create share link for this case

Download ZIP​

Icon: folder_zip (download button)

Icon: sync (downloading in progress - animated)

Usage: Download case as ZIP archive

Move Case​

Icon: drive_file_move

Usage: Move all pictures to another case

Copy Case​

Icon: content_copy

Usage: Copy all pictures to another case

Merge with...​

Icon: merge_type

Usage: Permanently move all pictures into another existing case (see Merge with...)

Delete Case​

Icon: delete_outline

Usage: Move all pictures to recycle bin

Send Button​

Icon: send

Usage: Send pictures to destination (all pictures or selected)

Selection Bar Icons​

When pictures are selected, the selection bar shows:

Send Selected​

Icon: send

Usage: Send selected pictures

Post Selected​

Icon: hourglass_bottom

Usage: Mark selected pictures as post-repair

Hide Selected​

Icon: visibility_off

Usage: Hide selected pictures (make them invisible in gallery)

Unhide Selected​

Icon: visibility

Usage: Unhide selected pictures (make them visible)

Copy Selected​

Icon: content_copy

Usage: Copy selected pictures to another case

Move Selected​

Icon: drive_file_move

Usage: Move selected pictures to another case

Download Selected​

Icon: download

Usage: Download selected pictures as ZIP

Delete Selected​

Icon: delete_outline

Usage: Move selected pictures to recycle bin

Clear Selection​

Icon: close

Usage: Clear all selections

Send Log Preview​

Icon: check

Usage: Sent status indicator (appears in sent badge when pictures have been sent)
