Gallery Overview
The Gallery is the main interface for viewing and managing your container inspection cases. From here, you can search, filter, view, and perform actions on your pictures.
Gallery at a glance
After you sign in, the app opens the Gallery landing view (/gallery): the tenant header (Home, Latest cases, Manage, Send log, Admin, account menu), the filter panel on the left, and a scrollable list of case cards on the right. This is the everyday starting point for search and case work — not a single-case deep link.
Key Features
- Filters — Search by container code and refine results with simple or advanced filters
- Latest cases — Open recently updated cases from the header drawer
- Case cards — View case information at a glance
- Mobile app cases — Multiple mobile-app uploads on the same terminal/container/day show as distinct cases with a phone badge; toggle Separate cases / Grouped by date in the Gallery header to switch how they're displayed — see Mobile App Cases
- Bulk actions — Select multiple pictures for batch operations
- Inline metadata editing — Edit tags, license plate, and remark directly on the case card
- Picture notes and comments — See Picture metadata for thumbnail summaries, geo tags, and the edit modal
- Lightbox editor — View, annotate, crop, and rotate pictures — see Full-screen lightbox

Note: The Gallery displays cases based on your user permissions and terminal access. You'll only see cases for terminals you have access to.
