Upload Pictures Overview

The Upload feature allows you to add container inspection pictures to the system via the web interface.

Upload Methods​

  • Web upload — Upload pictures through the browser upload modal (Manage → Upload pictures)
  • Case upload — Add more pictures to an existing case from the case More menu
  • Mobile app — Upload from mobile devices (if configured)
  • Email ingest — Automatic ingestion from email attachments (if configured)

Key Concepts​

  • Terminal — The location where the inspection took place
  • Container code — ISO 6346 format identifier (11 characters)
  • Case date — The date of the inspection
  • Metadata — Tags, remark, license plate, and other information attached at upload time

Tip: You can upload multiple pictures at once using drag-and-drop or the Browse button in the upload modal.
