Upload Pictures Overview
Add container inspection pictures via the mobile app or the web interface.
Upload Methods
- Web upload — Upload pictures through the browser upload modal (Manage → Upload pictures)
- Case upload — Add more pictures to an existing case from the case More menu
- Mobile app — Download the app, then register with the Customer PIN and wait for device approval
- Email ingest — Automatic ingestion from email attachments (if configured)
Key Concepts
- Terminal — The location where the inspection took place
- Container code — ISO 6346 format identifier (11 characters)
- Case date — The date of the inspection
- Metadata — Tags, remark, license plate, and other information attached at upload time
