Web Upload Flow
This guide walks you through uploading container inspection pictures via the web interface.
Step 1: Open the Upload Modal
From the Manage menu:
- Click Manage in the header
- Select Upload pictures
- The upload modal opens over the Gallery
From an existing case:
- Open the case More menu (
expand_moreicon) - Select Upload pictures
- Terminal, container, and case date are pre-filled and locked
You can also open the modal via the gallery URL parameter ?upload=1.
Step 2: Select Terminal and Container
- Select terminal — Choose the terminal where the inspection took place (unless pre-filled from a case)
- Enter container code — Type the 11-character ISO 6346 code (e.g.
DRYU9646139)- The system validates format and check digit
- Select case date — Choose the date of the inspection
Step 3: Add Metadata (Optional)
Before uploading, you can add:
- Tags — Categorize the pictures
- License plate — Vehicle license plate information
- Remark — Additional notes or comments
Step 4: Select and Upload Files
- Browse — Click Browse or drag and drop files into the drop zone
- Supported formats — JPEG, PNG, and other common image formats
- Upload — Click Upload to start the process
- Progress — Monitor upload progress in the modal
Step 5: Confirmation
Once upload completes:
- You'll see a confirmation message
- Pictures appear in the Gallery
- You can search for them using the container code

Note: Large files may take time to upload depending on your internet connection. The modal shows progress during upload.

Important: Ensure container codes are correct before uploading. Incorrect codes may make pictures difficult to find later.
