Upload History
The Upload History page lists individual uploaded pictures, allowing you to track upload activity and move pictures between terminals when needed.
Accessing Upload History
- Click Manage in the header
- Select Upload history
- View the sortable picture list
Upload History Information
Each row represents one picture and shows:
- ID — Picture identifier
- Container — Container code (monospace)
- Upload timestamp — When the picture was uploaded
- Case date — Inspection case date
- Terminal — Terminal where the picture belongs
- Filename — Original file name
- Source — Upload source (web, mobile, etc.)
- Creator — User who uploaded the picture
Hover a row to preview the picture thumbnail.
Filtering Upload History
Use the filter panel above the table:
- Terminal — One or more terminals
- Container — Container code search
- Case date range — From / to dates (filters on case date, not upload timestamp)
- Tags, notes, remark, license plate — Advanced text filters
- Picture source, creator, image type, picture ID — Additional advanced filters
Click Search to apply filters, Reload to refresh, or Clear to reset.
Moving Pictures Between Terminals
If pictures were uploaded to the wrong terminal:
- Select one or more picture rows using the checkboxes
- Click Move selected pictures
- Choose the destination terminal
- Confirm the move
Important: Moving pictures between terminals may affect access permissions and reporting. Ensure you have permission to move pictures.
Exporting Upload History
Export from the action bar on the right:
- Export CSV — Comma-separated values grouped by case
- Export XLSX — Excel spreadsheet grouped by case
Use exports for reporting, auditing, or analysis.
Results and Sorting
- Results limit — Choose AUTO, 50, 100, 500, 1000, or ALL
- Sortable columns — Click column headers to toggle ascending/descending sort
- Infinite scroll — Scroll down to load more rows
Tip: Use the case date range filter to focus on a particular inspection period.
Note: Upload history is retained according to your system's data retention policy. Contact your administrator for details about retention periods.
