Account & Security

Manage your user account, profile information, and security settings from the account menu (user icon in the header). Account features open as dialogs — there is no separate account settings page.

Profile Information​

Open the account menu and select Update user information to view or change:

  • Name — Your display name
  • Email — Contact email address
  • Language — Interface language (English, Danish, French, Italian, Turkish)

Save changes in the dialog.

Assigned Permissions​

Select Assigned permissions from the account menu to view a read-only summary of your roles and terminal access. Contact your administrator if you need additional permissions.

My Contacts​

Select My Contacts to manage personal email contacts used when sending pictures. Contacts can be added from the Send to modal and edited here later.

Changing Your Password​

  1. Open the account menu
  2. Select Change password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (twice for confirmation)
  5. Save
tip

Password Requirements: Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using easily guessable information.

Login​

Logging In​

  1. Navigate to your tenant's ConPDS Checker URL
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Optionally enable Remember me
  4. Click Sign in

You can change the interface language from the login page before signing in.

Forgot Password​

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page
  2. Enter your email address (and username if prompted on a second step)
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link to reset your password

Resetting Your Password​

After requesting a password reset:

  1. Check your email for the reset link
  2. Click the link (it may expire after a certain time)
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Sign in with your new password

Security Best Practices​

  • Use strong passwords — Choose passwords that are difficult to guess
  • Don't share credentials — Keep your login information private
  • Sign out — Sign out when using shared computers
  • Report issues — Contact your administrator if you notice suspicious activity

Security Note: If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact your administrator.

Note: Some account features may be managed by your administrator. Contact support if you need changes that you cannot make yourself.
